Driver Escapes Dangling Car in Austin

A driver escaped unharmed after his car fell from a parking garage in Austin, Texas, on Friday, September 9. The vehicle had gone over the edge of the building and was hanging from a wire that wrapped around one of the wheels, according to news reports.
