Deloitte offers its workers paid leave for all caregiving

Professional services giant Deloitte LLP has raised the benefits bar by allowing its employees up to 16 weeks paid leave for caregiving, including eldercare. The policy applies to family members including spouses, domestic partners, parents, stepparents, children or siblings.
