Dozens of tourists trapped overnight in cable cars dangling at 12,000 ft. in the French Alps have been safely rescued Friday. At least three children were among 33 passengers forced to stay overnight after rescue efforts had to be halted. The rescue operation was prompted when two cables crossed over each other and got stuck in position, trapping 110 people.
