DVB Debate: "If the military leave parliament people will love them" (English)

This week DVB debate discusses changing the constitution.

Since it was adopted in May 2008 Burma's constitution has been widely criticised. Many political groups are calling for the constitution to be amended or rewritten. The constitution currently reserves 25% of the seats in Parliament for the military, who continue to play a pivotal role in the country's politics, according to constitutional law.
