Workout at Home - Single Leg Seggital Plane Balance

This series of videos is designed keeping in mind the common man. Have you noticed some times as we walk on the road, simply by stepping from the foot path, our ankle gets twisted? That happens because our ankle stability and mobility is not up to the mark. Our Neuromuscular coordination is not stable, may be our posture is not right, anything is possible. The same thing happens in different sports where the player has hurt his knee, or shoulder, or has a hip and groin injury. These things happen only when we do not train multi-directionally.
