Man loses half his body weight and becomes internet sensation

A young man who weighed 140 kgs has revealed his unbelievable transformation from OBESE TO BEAST after picking up weight lifting.

Danny Mabley, 21, who had never heard of calories, gained weight after gorging on chips and fizzy drinks as a child.

It was only when Danny got a job after leaving school that a co-worker took him to the gym and he fell in love with weight lifting.

Pumping iron at the gym five times a week Danny sculpted a new lean physique that tipped the scales at just 78 kgs.

Now the hench personal trainer is a social media star boasting thousands of followers on his Instagram account.
