Ringing Bells revealed the Freedom 251 phone at an event in New Delhi. The company also announced the launch of other gadgets including India's cheapest LED TV. Ringing Bells also assured that it would start rolling out Freedom 251 phones from tomorrow with an initial inventory of 5000 units.
