No one knows how many people are homeless in Delhi. NGOs say there could be as many as 1.8 lakh people without a roof in the city. That's 10 times more than the state government's estimates. And that means the state is prepared to provide for just one in every 10 homeless. We decided to find out more about these forgotten souls and their plight.
