Russia lost its appeal Thursday against the Olympic ban on its track and field athletes, The Russian Olympic Committe and 68 Russian athletes tried to overturn the suspension implemented by the body that governs world athletics.
But the court upheld the "validity" of the IAAF ban, saying Russia is ineligible from entering international competitions, including the Olympics.
