Bernie Sanders is writing a book on his campaign for the 'average American'
Bernie Sanders might have fallen short of sitting in the White House, but the Vermont senator has secured book deal with Thomas Dunne and will publish Our Revolution: A Future to Believe In on November 15, a week after the election.
The book will "include both his policy ideas for the future and reflections on his surprisingly strong run in the primaries," The Associated Press reports.
In a statement, Dunne wrote, "Garnering over 13 million votes, winning 23 primaries and caucuses, and receiving more than 7 million individual donations to his cause, [Sanders] energized the party as he fought for the average American with unrelenting energy and passion.
[The book] will be an inside account of this extraordinary campaign, and will also provide a blueprint for future political action."
