Akshay Kumar Donates Rs 50 Lakhs Towards The State Led Initiative !

During the worst drought conditions of Maharashtra Akshay kumar led a helping hand to quench the thirst of the drought hit villages. The bollywood actor donated a wooping 50 lakhs to the Maharashtra government initiative alyukt Shivar Abhiyaan that aims at making villages drought-proof by developing water harvesting techniques including construction of ponds. The actor earlier too had donated rs 90 lakh to support the families of the farmer who had commiteed suicide. The farmers suicide issue was brought to light by the bollywood actor Nana Patrekar.
