Before jumping into the path of a moving train, the 19-year-old victim named the man she says sexually assaulted her.
While she began recording before she arrived at the station, saying she was about to do something ‘to make people react, to open the minds,’ it appears few took her seriously.
Comments posted at the time include, “I think it’s fun,” and, “We’re waiting.”
The footage has been removed from Periscope, but excerpts have since appeared on YouTube.
