Amazing spinning ice circle on river

Footage of an unusual natural phenomenon occuring in a river in Russia, whereby a circular "ice disc" is turning slowly in the water.

The video, filmed in Omsk Oblast in January, shows the amazing phenomenon, which can see rotating ice discs reach nearly 50ft in diameter.
