Convicted pervert caught at Florida Target filming and harassing woman

YULEE, FLORIDA — A convicted video voyeur last week was caught on camera being confronted by a woman he was harassing at Florida Target. He allegedly had harassed her before in a previous incident at a Publix in the same area.
The victim, Candice Spivey, 31, posted the video of the encounter on Facebook. Spivey claims she was shopping in the bikini section of a Target in Yulee, Florida, on April 26 when the man identified as Jeffrey Polizzi approached her.
Spivey recognized the man, and reminded him of their previous encounter two years ago. Polizzi then bolts as Spivey follows while yelling for someone to "stop this guy."
According to Spivery, Polizzi said, "Hey there, I don't mean to bother you, but I just bought this maxi dress for my wife at Ross and I was kinda worried about the sheerness of it." Spivey recalls Polizzi going into detail asking if his "wife" should wear panties or shave "down there" while wearing the dress.
"While he's asking these questions he's filming you with his cell phone, and I knew he was by the way he was holding his phone," wrote Spivey.
After the confrontation, Polizzi reportedly jumped in his truck, which spun out of control in front of police who happened to be in the area. When officers stopped him, Polizzi refused to exit his vehicle and was ultimately arrested at gunpoint. Nassau County Sheriff's office are charging him with reckless driving.
On their Facebook page, the sheriff's office asked locals to come forward with any previous encounters with Polizzi they may have experienced.
