Russia's Chernobyl victims abandoned by authorities

For 30 years those who decided to live in the long shadow of Chernobyl have done so as a calculated risk. But now, as the region is declared habitable, residents are set to lose a series of medical and social benefits despite many activists saying that radiation levels have not dropped.
