Brussels terrorist worked as cleaner in EU Parliament

In a shocking revelation, it has been revealed one of the terrorists responsible for the attacks in Brussels last month, which killed 32 people, worked two stints as a cleaner for the European Union's Parliament.
The attacker worked both summers of 2009 and 2010 and didn't have a criminal record at the time.
This piece of startling information gives more ammunition to critics who believe Belgian authorities have failed to root out terrorists in their front yard.
Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel acknowledge his country's shortcomings, telling the AFP "I cannot accept the idea that we're a failed state."
