Top Vladimir Putin aid: Panama Papers leak example of 'Putinophobia'

Russian President Vladimir Putin is one highly influential political figure caught off guard by today's leak of the "Panama Papers. The highly sensitive financial documents were unearthed by a coalition of international media outlets Putin didn't respond directly, but spokesman Dmitry Peskov suggested that the former was a target of a smear campaign, which coincides with a parliamentary election year Peskov cleverly labeled this "Putinophobia."
