How to exercise when you have two kids and a wife

An amusing video has emerged from Canada of a man explaining how to work out using your two children.

The footage, filmed on Wednesday, shows the man lifting his two young kids as if they're dumbbells while putting on a comical 'meathead' accent.

The filmer later wrote online: "A lot of people think you can't exercise with two kids and a wife.

"I found a way around that."
