As another general election looms in the Caribbean, the issue of campaign financing is once again coming to the fore. Members of the public in Saint Lucia say it is time for political parties to declare their sources of funding. They also want a cap on how much companies and individuals can donate to political campaigns. Our correspondent Alison Kentish with the details.
