Justice Secretary Leila de Lima says she will abide by the subpoena issued by the Senate to bring the whistle-blowers to the Senate next Thursday. At the same time, De Lima defended her decision not to present the witnesses in Tuesday's hearing, saying she was following the law of the Ombudsman.
