Hangry woman bites Wendy's manager on the knee over wrong order

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA — 25-year-old Lovely Rayneice Robinson was a fast food restaurant manager's nightmare on Monday, after she complained that her order was wrong and chose to physically fight over it.
On the night of Feb. 15, Robinson was waiting in the drive-thru for her food. When her order was taking a while longer than usual, an employee asked her to wait in the parking lot for it to be ready.
A few minutes later a worker came to her car and delivered the food, but when Robinson opened up the bag, she must not've liked what she found, because she stormed into the Wendy's restaurant and had some choice words for the manager. The manager, Latanya Nelson, said Robinson didn't wanted her order switched from two spicy chicken sandwiches to four 99-cent chicken sandwiches.
Asked to leave because the dining area was closed, Robinson instead jumped over the counter and started throwing haymakers at the manager. Robinson then bit the manager on the knee, and at that point, the manager really began laying into her.
The manager said Robinson was the angriest customer she'd ever seen. Lovely Robinson has been charged with malicious wounding, unlawful entry and resisting arrest.
