Texas to Execute 'Hispanic' Inmate After 2 Decades on Death Row

Forty-three year-old Gustavo Garcia, whose race as a 'Hispanic' was used against him during his trial, is scheduled to be executed this Tuesday for a crime he committed when he was 18. Hispanics, or Latinos, represent 13 percent of Texas' death row population.
