Ranveer Singh, born on 6th July 1985 at Mumbai is an Indian actor.
Ranveer Singh was not inclined to join Hindi films when he started his career as a creative writer and worked for advertising companies like O&M and JWT.
Later he worked as an assistant director in films and then realized that he wanted to pursue a career in acting.
Ranveer Singh was discovery of Yash Raj Films and made his debut in Band Baaja Baarat in the year 2010, and the film was a smashing hit and Ranveer Singh became a star. He won the Filmfare Best Debut Male Award.
His next film Ladies vs Ricky Bahl was also a big hit.
