Prateik Babbar born on 28th November, 1986 is an Indian actor, model and son of politician Raj Babbar and actress late Smita Patil, who had a tragic death after Prateik was born.
Prateik Babbar started his career as a production assistant with big daddy of the advertising world- Prahlad Kakkar, and even endorsed some products like Kit Kat.
He made his acting debut in Aamir Khan’s production Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, and his role as Genelia D’Souza’s brother was highly appreciated by the audiences and the critics.
However he did not taste much success at the box office and all his films like Dhobi Ghaat, Dum Maro Dum, Aarakshan, My Friend Pinto, Ekk Deewana Tha did average business.
He was in relationship with Amy Jackson but split over a period of time.
He has a lot of talent but has to still get the taste of success which he deserves.
