Raveena Tandon - Biography

Raveena Tandon born on 26th October 1974 at Mumbai is an Indian actress, model and has acted in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu films. She is the daughter of director Ravi Tandon and Veena and has a brother Rajiv Tandon. She is married to film distributor Anil Thadani and has two children Rasha and Ranbir. Raveena Tandon has also adopted two children Pooja and Chhaya.

Raveena made her debut in film- Patthar Ke Phool in the year 1997, and won the Filmfare Lux New Face Award.

Raveena Tandon was also host for TV show Isi Ka Naam Zindagi, and was the chairperson of Children Film Society, but had to resign from this post and there were complaints that she was not involved in the activities of the children film society. Raveena also was involved with a legal dispute with shaadi.com, as they used her photograph to promote business.

Raveena Tandon has acted in films like Patthar Ke Phool, Parampara, Andaz Apna Apna, Ek Hi Raasta, Divya Shakti, Mohra, Pehla Nasha, Insaniyat, Dilwale, Aatish, Imtihaan, Zamaana Deewana, Aunty No 1, Dulhe Raja, Shool, Gair, Rajaji, Jung, Aks, Soch, LOC Kargil, Bbuddha Hoga Terra Baap.

Raveena made a wonderful pair with Akshay Kumar and Govinda and is known for her charm and grace.
