Vivek Oberoi born on 3rd Sept, 1976, at Hyderabad is an Indian actor and son of actor Suresh Oberoi and Yashodhara Oberoi. He is married to Priyanka Alva.
Vivek Oberoi did his actors workshop from London and Masters Degree in Film Making from New York before joining films.
Vivek Oberoi made a spectacular debut in Ram Gopal Varma’s film- Company- in the year 2002, and for performance as a gangster he won Film fare and many other awards for Best Debut and Best Actor.
Vivek Oberoi was also nominated for many of his roles in Hindi cinema and notably in Yuva and Saathiya and won the Best Supporting Actor Award for Yuva.
Vivek Oberoi has acted in many films like Company, Road, Saathiya, Yuva, Kaal, Prince, Kurbaan, Dum, Darna Mana Hai, Rakht Charitra, Shoot Out At Lokhandwala.
Vivek Oberoi is also involved with many charitable causes like anti tobacco movement, helping cancer patients, and with Yashodhara Foundation where he works for the upliftment of the poor women. He was also awarded Red And White Bravery Award for re- building an entire village during tsunami.
