RECIPE, for those of you who didn’t take notes during this video. LAME.
Put the following ingredients into a food processor:
2 cloves Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp Flat Leaf Italian Parsley 15 oz. can of Cannellini Beans (rinsed and drained) - or use the white bean of your choice 3 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice Season with Salt and Pepper
Pulse blend the mixture until it all seems chopped up Scrape the edges of the bowl Run food processor Pour in 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Taste and add more salt and pepper if you feel like it needs it
Pour into a bowl to serve
Drizzle oil on top Sprinkle on some Smoked Paprika
Enjoy with bread, veggies, or whatever you like to eat hummus on.
