Alcohol will only be sold in Kerala through retail outlets or bars in 5-star hotels. That's after the Supreme court upheld the Kerala government's new liquor policy which banned bars across the state from selling alcohol except 5-star joints. Kerala, which accounts for 15% of the country's alcohol consumption, is looking at a complete alcohol prohibition in the next 10 years. Here's a special report.
