Winter Session concludes with precious little happening

What started as a winter of hope has certainly ended in despair. Parliament's winter session saw precious little happen. Events outside like the National Herald case & corruption charges levelled by AAP against Arun Jaitley took a toll on proceedings within. The much awaited GST was the big casualty of the bitter political standoff in parliament, with both sides hardening their political stance. Rajya Sabha was especially unproductive, it functioned for just 35% of the working hours in the last 20 days. Listen in for the full story.
