Scruffy hair chameleon Johnny Depp is 2015's most overpaid actor, Forbes writes. The money-minded magazine says that the three-time Oscar nominee's most recent wide-release movies — Mortdecai and Transcendence — earned a mere $1.20 for every dollar Depp was paid to star in said movies. It's a fairly staggering figure, especially considering the number associated with the list's runner-up: Denzel Washington, whom Forbes says returned $6.50 for every $1 he was paid for his most recent work. Both figures are even more stunning, though, when compared to the name atop Forbes' list of most valuable actors: Chris Evans, whose films apparently returned $181.80 for every dollar he was paid. Even so, it's interesting to note — as Forbes does — that the Most Overpaid list "is dominated by established male leads who charge top dollar but don't always deliver at the ticket booth."
