After pope visit, no miracles in flooded Paraguay shantytown

When Pope Francis visited Banado Norte, one of the Paraguayan capital’s most impoverished districts, many residents hoped that their lives would change. Instead, a few months later, thousands have had to leave their flooded houses after heavy rains and feel abandoned by the government.
