Hector Albeidis Arboleda, known as “the Medic,” has been captured in Spain for allegedly performing abortions on female FARC fighters.. According to Colombian authorities, he is responsible for at least 150 abortions despite the fact that he studied nursing, but was never a doctor. Several women died in the abortions, while others suffered injuries. Others said they felt the abortions as torture. Judicial authorities say that he will be charged, “with a catalogue of crimes.”
