Over 30 people killed in DR Congo floods

There’s growing anger in Kinshasa’s slums after floods sparked by torrential rains killed scores of its residents. The flooding has left some 20,000 families homeless, many of who say they've received little help from authorities. Also, Ethiopia's government warns that some 10 million people will be reliant on food aid by next month, amid the most crippling drought in years. Finally, scientists say the unique species of African penguins is dying and they still don't know what's killing them.
