Cool footage has emerged from Ireland of sea foam being blown upwards by strong winds, creating a kind of "reverse snow" effect.

In the video, filmed on a windy August day at the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland, the sea foam is flying upwards in little white balls, giving it a snow-like appearance.
