Opozita kërkon miratimin me procedure te shpejtuar te draftit për dëmshpërblimin e ish te përndjekurve politike. Nënkryetari i komisionit parlamentar te Ligjeve, Fatmir Xhafaj u shpreh se Parlamenti duhet te ushtroje rolin e vet, ne zgjidhjen e kërkesave te grevisteve. "Te futet ne rend dite te komisionit, kërkesa e PS per seance dëgjimore me ministrin e Drejtësisë dhe se dyti, te miratohet drafti per ish te përndjekurit, qe cakton dëmshpërblimin e tyre. Ky draft ka mbetur pezull prej muajsh, por miratimi i tij do te zgjidhte kërkesat e grevës, qe ka hyre sot ne ditën e 18", tha Xhafaj. Propozimi i socialisteve kaloi ne heshtje ne komision. Askush prej përfaqësuesve te mazhorances nuk komentoi arsyet perse projektligji per dëmshpërblimin e ish te burgosurve politike ka mbetur i bllokuar. Ne amendimet e te majtëve, ishte ulja e moshës se dëmshpërblimit te plote deri ne 75 vjeç, por mësohet se per shkak te fatures se larte, qeveria nuk e pranoi kete nisme.
