Socialistet e vlerësojnë si te mangët dhe sipërfaqësor projektligjin e qeverise për Gjykatën e Larte. Te majtët nuk do te japin votën e domosdoshme për te ndryshuar ligjin qe kërkon shumice te cilësuar, nëse nuk bëhen amendime thelbësore. Fatmir Xhafaj, nënkryetar i Komisionit te Ligjeve, thotë për "Vizion Plus" se opozita ka vetëm një kusht për kompromis: "Ose rregullim te plote, ose nuk e votojmë". Zoti Xhafaj shprehet se reforma reale ne sistemin e drejtësisë u shkatërrua nga mazhoranca me rrëzimin e paketës se PS, e sipas tij, kjo me një qellim te qarte.
