Për here te pare ne Emisionin "Debat" kreu i grupit parlamentar te PS Gramoz Ruçi ka zbardhur prapaskenat e negociatave mes lidershipit socialist dhe Fatos Nanos, kandidatit te vetëshpallur për President te Republikës. Numri 2 i Partisë Socialiste ka pranuar se kontaktet mes liderit te opozitës Edi Rama dhe Fatos Nanos kishin nisur rreth 6 muaj para se te fillonte gara presidenciale dhe te zhvillohej takimi ne selinë roze. Ruçi ka sqaruar se kandidatura e Nanos për President u refuzua nga lideri i maxhorances Berisha edhe pse Nano i ka shërbyer 8 vjet Partisë Socialiste dhe 7 vjet Partisë Demokrate. Kreu i grupit parlamentar socialist ka deklaruar se gjate gjithë procesit PS-ja ka qene e hapur me Nanon duke i kujtuar atij te gjitha rastet kur i ka shërbyer Berishës. Duke iu referuar zhvillimeve aktuale Ruçi ka deklaruar se Rama është i hapur te takohet me kryeministrin për problematiken e Reformës Zgjedhore. Kur nga zgjedhjet parlamentare na ndan me pak se një vit numri 2 i socialisteve ka theksuar se PS-ja do te hyje ne zgjedhje dhe do ti fitoje ato pavarësisht kodit elektoral dhe KQZ-së.

Referring to current developments Ruchi said that Rama is open to meet with Prime Minister the issues of electoral reform. When parliamentary elections divides us less than a year the number 2 of the Socialists said that the SP will enter the elections and will win them irrespective of the electoral code and CEC.
