20-vjetori i Gjykatës Kushtetuese - Vizion Plus - News - Lajme

20-vjetori i krijimit të Gjykatës Kushtetuese ka shërbyer për te bere bashkë jo vetëm krerët e shtetit, por dhe presidentin dhe te përfolurit si pasardhës te tij ne tryezat e negociatave të garës presidenciale. Zoti Topi ka ardhur ne event pas zonjës Topalli e zotit Berisha dhe ka shtrënguar duart me ta, edhe pse se fundmi marrëdhëniet e tyre kane qene here te ftohta e here mbushur me akuza reciproke. Për shkak të protokollit te aktivitetit, Presidenti Topi, kryetarja e Kuvendit, Topalli dhe kryeministri Berisha janë detyruar thjesht te ulen ne te njëjtën tavoline, por pa komunikuar ne forma te tjera. Por presidenti Topi, ne fund te mandatit dhe kryeministri Berisha kanë pasur përballë gjate gjithë qëndrimit te tyre kandidatin ende jo zyrtar ne gare për kreun e shtetit, Xhezair Zaganjori. Ne krah te anëtarit te Gjykatës Kushtetuese, Thimio Kondi, Zaganjori nuk ka shkëmbyer për asnjë moment gjeste apo fjale as me Berishën dhe as me Topin, te survejuar nga kamerat dhe gazetaret ne çdo moment. Në sallën e mbushur plot ka qene edhe anëtarja tjetër e Kushtetueses, Vitore Tusha, një emër gjithashtu i lakuar ne negociatat presidenciale apo edhe Ledi Bianku dhe Sokol Sadushi, ky i fundit një propozim i shoqërisë civile. Ne fjalën e tij, presidenti Topi u përqendrua tek ndarja dhe balancimi i pushteteve, që sipas tij, mund të vije duke respektuar kushtetutën dhe vendimet e gjykatës kushtetuese. Ndërsa kryetari i Gjykatës Kushtetuese ka kërkuar qe vendimet e gjykatës te mos politizohen, duke marre shembull rrëzimin e marrëveshjes se ujërave, apo ligjin për lustracionin. Shqetësim sipas tij është mbajtja peng e vendeve vakant dhe Kuvendi duhet ta zgjidhe këtë ngërç qe mund te thellohet nëse Zaganjori ulet ne kolltukun presidencial.
