Ulja e ndjeshme e temperaturave, shoqëruar me reshje te shumta dëbore kane sjelle një situate problematike ne shume qarqe dhe komuna te vendit. Drejtori i Përgjithshëm i Emergjencave Civile, Alfred Olli thotë për "Vizion Plus" se zyrtarisht rezultojnë te bllokuara rreth 15 komuna dhe disa akse kombëtare, ndërsa vazhdon puna për hapjen e tyre. Numri një i Emergjencave Civile shprehet se Ministria e Brendshme ka marre masa për përdorimin e helikopterëve ne rast se do te linde nevoja, ndërsa ne te gjitha qarqet janë ngritur shtabet e emergjencave. Për shkak te situatës se krijuar edhe drejtoria e qarkullimit rrugor ne Policinë e Shtetit ka shtuar masat ne rruge ndërsa u kërkon te gjithë drejtuesve te mjeteve te jene te kujdesshëm gjate lëvizjes, sidomos ne përdorimin e zinxhirëve, kaskave mbrojtëse dhe rripit te sigurimit.
