Policia e Tiranes ka hartuar një plan te veçante masash për mbarëvajtjen e tubimit homazh te opozitës qe do zhvillohet ditën e nesërme ne rikujtim te ngjarjeve te 21 Janarit. Drejtori i Policisë se Tiranes, Saimir Muca tha për "Vizion Plus" se ne baze te këtij plani qe prej ditës se nesërme e gjithë policia do te kaloje ne shërbim te përforcuar. Rëndësi do ti jepet ruajtjes se objekteve te rëndësisë se veçante, ndërsa ne ndihme te forcave te rendit do te angazhohen edhe Forca te Ndërhyrjes se Shpejte te Gardës se Republikës, si dhe te qarkullimit rrugor. Burime nga blutë e kryeqytetit bëjnë te ditur se leja për këtë tubim është marre prej orës 10:30 deri në 14:00 dhe do te zhvillohet përpara ambienteve të kryeministrisë. Ndërkaq, mësohet se policia ka angazhuar rreth 800 efektivë të policisë së Tiranës, FNSH-së dhe RENEA-s. Bëhet e ditur se Garda e Republikës ka marrë përsipër mbrojtjen e rrethimit brenda kryeministrisë, duke mos pranuar asnjë efektiv të policisë së Tiranës që të qëndrojë qoftë brenda rrethimit, ose mbi tarracën e kryeministrisë.
