Zv/kryeministri i Kosovës, Bujar Bukoshi do te hetohet për shpërdorim detyre. Prokuroria e çështjes në fjalë, Mariah Bamieh ka deklaruar se disponon prova që Bukoshi ka abuzuar me detyrën në kohën kur mbante postin e Ministrit të Shëndetësisë.
Madje prokurorja në fjalë ka nxjerrë edhe një urdhër arresti për të. Së bashku me të, do të hetohet edhe sekretari i Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë Ilir Tolaj. Sipas dosjes së siguruar nga prokurorja Bamieh, fillimisht hetimi nisi ndaj Tolaj dhe ndaj 3 funksionarëve te tjerë të kësaj ministrie por hetimi coi më pas edhe në emrin e Bujar Bukoshit. Në dosjen hetimore saktësohet se në kohën nga qershori i vitit 2006 deri në qershor të 2011-ës Ilir Tolaj në bashkëpunim me Bujar Bukoshin kanë udhëhequr një fushatë kundër kompanisë 'Jona Med', duke u përpjekur që kjo kompani të mos fitonte asnjë kontratë. Madje ata kanë paraqitur edhe një kallëzim të rremë penal kundër 'Jona Med' dhe kanë refuzuar t'i japin licencën e eksport-importit.Hakmarrja ndaj kësaj kompanie erdhi si rezultat i një padie që 'Jone Med' kishte bërë për Ministrinë e Shëndetësisë në Gjykatën Ekonomike, në lidhje me mosnënshkrimin e një kontrate.
