Gjate një bashkëbisedimi me studente nga Kosova, kryeministri Berisha deklaroi se lideri opozitar Edi Rama ishte pjese e lobingut kundër Rrugës se Kombit qe lidh Shqipërinë me Kosovën. Shefi i qeverise shtoi se te interesuar për te penguar ndërtimin e kësaj vepre ishin edhe eksponentë te huaj. I pyetur nga studentet e Gjilanit për një parashikim nga kryeministri për kohen e anëtarësimit te Shqipërisë ne BE, zoti Berisha shmangu përmendjen e një date, por përsëriti akuzat për opozitën si bllokuese te procesit. Kryeministri konfirmoi se është kundër mundësisë për bashkimin e mbare trojeve shqiptare ne një shtet te vetëm. Raportet me vendet fqinje, zoti Berisha i cilësoi tepër te mira, por pranoi se një problematike ekziston gjithmonë. Ai nuk u shpreh entuziast për vendimin e Gjykatës Kushtetuese, qe hoqi kombësinë nga ligji i gjendjes civile.
