Gjendet pas dy ditëve trupi i pajete i vogëlushes 12-vjeçare Miljana Mekaj. Ajo është zbuluar ne urën e institutit vetëm disa kilometra nga vendi ku u rrëmbye nga rrjedha e Lumit te Tiranes. Pavarësisht kërkimeve te familjareve dhe te policisë qe madje u akuzua për neglizhence, ka qene një kalimtar i rastësishëm qe ka zbuluar trupin, ne orët e para te mëngjesit. Juliani, i cili ka pare kufomën, ka lajmëruar policinë, ndonëse fillimisht ka hezituar te besoje se behej fjale për një njeri. Policia menjëherë pas konfirmimeve te para ka njoftuar familjen e vajzës. Trupi i 12-vjeçares është nxjerre nga ujerat e lumit për tu dërguar ne morgun e Tiranes ku do te kryhet edhe autopsia. Miljana Mekaj humbi jetën ditën e marte rreth orës 16:00, teksa po kalonte me motrën e saj dhe shoqet ne urën primitive te lagjes Shpat, zone ku banonte vajza.
