Kontrolli i Larte i Shtetit konstaton se për vitin 2010, mbi 3500 subjekte kane rezultuar me humbje ose me aktivitet zero. Tregues i dukshme i krizës ekonomike qe ka prekur sipërmarrjet. Duke ju referuar raportit vlera e humbjeve te tyre arrin ne mbi 30 milion leke. KLSH konstaton se kompanitë e dala me humbje i përkasin te gjitha fushave ekonomike, përfshire këtu sektorin e prodhimit, transportit, ndërtimit, tregtisë dhe shërbimeve. Administratat publike gjate vitit 2010 ka shënuar një dem financiar i cili arrin ne 130 milion leke. Ne krye te institucioneve qendrore qe kane abuzuar me fondet publike qëndron Ministria e Turzimit Kultures Rinise dhe Sporteve, me pas vjen Qendra Spitalore Nen Tereza si dhe drejtoria e Ujësjellës Kanalizimeve. Ne plan te dyte vijnë projektet qe janë me financim te huaj. Por edhe bashkitë dhe komunat një abuzues kryesore me fondet publike. Shkeljet me te mëdha konstatohen tek tenderat publike. Nga 306 tendera te kontrolluar, ne 206 prej tyre janë vërejtur shkelje te natyrave te ndryshme.
