Këtë fillim viti zilja e shkollës nuk ka rene njësoj për te gjithë, pasi një pjese e nxënësve edhe këtë ritual e kane nisur ne orët e drekës. Pothuajse ne te gjitha shkollat e Tiranes, mësimi do te zhvillohet me turne.
Sistemi 9-vjeçar ka kaluar turni i dyte, nxënësit nga klasa e pare ne te katërtën, ndërsa ne te mesmet, është viti i pare ai qe do ta nise mësimin mbasdite. Për prindërit vështirësitë nisin qe nga çështja e shoqërimit te fëmijëve për ne shkolle. Por jo me pak ne vështirësi, janë mësuesit, te cilëve ju duhet te japin mësim me turne. Sipas drejtuesve te shkollave, fluksi i nxënësve është pothuajse sa dyfishi i kapacitetit. Ne shkollat e mesme te Tiranes, ka pasur probleme edhe me bazën materiale. Ne gjithë këtë mbingarkese konfuze janë ndjere edhe prindërit e parashkolloreve, qe përpos emocioneve te fëmijëve, nuk kane patur te qarte, as sesi funksionon kjo skeme. Ne disa raste ka pasur edhe mungesa librash, por ne 90% te titujve, tekstet kane qene ne dore te nxënësve. Këtë vit ne te gjithë vendin janë ulur ne bankat e shkollës rreth 645 mije nxënës, nga te cilët 42 mije për here te pare. Pas përvojës se viteve te kaluara ne këtë dite te pare te shkollës, te gjithë janë përpjekur te evitojnë trafikun duke dale me herët nga shtëpia. Por gjithsesi mëngjesi i te hënës ne rrugët e Tiranes, nuk i ka shpëtuar këtij problemi. Ne disa akse lëvizja e makinave është paralizuar pavarësisht se ne kryqëzimet kryesore te Tiranes janë vendosur forca te shumta policore për te normalizuar situatën.
