Toddler With Rare Disease Given Ray of Hope With Recent Medical Discovery

Jude is one of 53 children suffering from Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata (RCDP), and at 18 months old, is living almost twice as long as doctors predicted. Though RCDP has no known cure, there has been a glimmer of hope found in a drug used to treat Alzheimers. Treatment is expensive though, so a song was written for Jude to raise awareness, and a GoFundMe was set up so all touched by his story could help him to potentially have a happy ending.
