1. Doing flat bench chest exercise with 41 raps on 55 lbs & 5 raps at 121 lbs.

2. Doing incline bench chest exercise with 25 raps on 55 lbs & 9 raps at 88 lbs.

3. Doing decline bench chest exercise with 26 raps on 55 lbs.
