This very tasty and easy marinade for grilled mutton chops can also be used for steaks.

ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ 1 ٹیبل سپون
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
لیموں کا رس 1 ٹیبل سپون
Yogurt 2 tbsp
دہی 2 ٹیبل سپون
Meat Tenderizer 1 tsp
کچری پاؤڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
کُٹی لال مرچیں 1 ٹیبل سپون
Roasted chopped cumin 1 tsp
بُھنا کٹا سفید زیرہ 1 ٹی سپون
Roasted chopped coriander 1 tsp
بُھنا کٹا دھنیا 1 ٹی سپون
Orange food color 1 pinch
اورنج فوڈ کلر 1 چٹکی
Salt as required
نمک حسب ذائقہ
Allspice Garam masala powder 1 tsp
گرم مصالحہ پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Oil 4 tbsp
