Cuba: FARC Proposes Fund to Implement Peace Plan

As the Colombian peace talks continue in Cuba, delegates seek solutions that will ensure a lasting peace. FARC spokesperson Luis Carvahal proposed a fund to help resolve social issues that have fueled the conflict and that continue to affect Colombia. In an effort to implement the final peace plan, the fund would finance projects and goals defined in the definitive agreement.
