CONDEMNED centers around poor-little-rich-girl Maya (DYLAN PENN) who runs away from her posh home and moves in with her boyfriend Dante (RONEN RUBENSTEIN) who is squatting in an old condemned building in NYC's Lower East Side. Sickness and chaos ensue.
